Perkup Espresso

I decided to order the breakfast burrito today, the price listed on the menu was close to $9 so I thought it'd be a burrito worth the price of $9 and I was mistaken. Unfortunately will not be ordering from here again.

Absolutely horrible experience every single time the last few years I’ve come to the shop. Go to any of the other pork cups expect to wait forever to get a simple cup of coffee.

I've always had great service here as well as the products are pretty uniform. I don't think I've ever gotten anything a different way unless it was asked for.

Once again, this place is hit or miss. Every time new employees come in, the service changes. Here’s the issue: when I ask for no ice, that does NOT mean I only want my cup filled halfway. I paid for a 24oz drink, and I expect a full 24oz drink—not 20oz just because I don’t want ice. It’s frustrating, and honestly unfair, to short customers like that. On top of that, I shouldn’t have to explain every time that I can’t have ice from the machines because of bacteria concerns. In the last five years this has only happened a handful of times, but when it does, it leaves a bad taste. Customers shouldn’t have to fight for what they already paid for. Other than that the ladies are always nice despite my grumpy morning demeanor.

Have been buying coffee here for more then 10 years and spending more money then most would! The coffee is great or try special mixed drinks, the staff is friendly, the point system is fair, the location is prime and why not support your local community? I go to Starbucks alot now for coffee but perkup is also great and my choice for lotus, Italian sodas and lots of rebull drink options. Great job!
