I love Canteen. Feel grateful that it's in my neighborhood. Liz is lovely, drinks are good and she does cool flavors, it's an excellent place to get a little work done and also to chat with pals.

Nice down to earth place. Friendly staff, small menu, but good food.

This is the best corner coffee store or cafe I’ve even been to in the city! So many good options! The hot chocolate is also very high quality as well! Best banana bread in the city easily as well! I hope I can return soon

I was doing some work outside on the same street, thought I would give this place a try and warm up a bit before heading back out into the cold. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The lady behind the counter took my order and got everything setup for me. Nice conversation to make me feel welcomed while I ate the delicious pumpkin bar she made. My coffee was delicious! No complaints and would recommend if you’re in the neighborhood stop in and grab a cup!

I don’t know how Canteen never showed up on my coffee shop searches, but I’m glad I finally found it! I was surprised the space was so big with the hidden extra room attached to the coffee bar area. It has tons of seating and was perfect for working remotely. It was cozy and had lots of natural light. I tried the canteen girl cold brew and probably wouldn’t get it again. It didn’t have much flavor and was more watery than I prefer for coffee. My partner got a vanilla steamer and loved it.
