Springs Mountain Water

Spring Mountain Water service is great in so many ways. The water tastes great. The dispenser I got was perfect for a person who can’t lift the heavy bottles. It’s so easy to change. You just slide the bottle in after attaching the spout mechanism, no lifting needed. I loved the hot water spout for making tea it was so convenient. Will, the delivery man, was such a nice person and so helpful. He would bring the bottles into my home whenever he delivered them and was always there when expected. I thought for all that convenience the price great. I’m sad they are not in the new state I moved to. Thanks for a great service!

Springs Mountain Water has a good product for your drinking water needs. They can deliver, or you can pick up at your convenience. They are open, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM.

I just wanted to share my experience with Springs Mountain Water today. I was confused with the delivery schedule on the website so didn't put out my bottles. I received an email with photo from the driver and then realized I had missed my delivery. I sent a frustrated email to their accounts team and had a call back within less than 2 minutes letting me know they would send the drive back out right away and apologized for the schedule confusion. The website still shows December 2024 and I should have paid better attention. I appreciate this level of customer service and highly recommend them for your bottled water needs. Thank you!

I've been very happy with Springs Mountain Water. The initial water dispenser they provided was leaking, they replaced it within a week. Their water deliveries are on time, drivers friendly and customer service professional and prompt when issues arise. I'd happily recommend them!
