Infusion Coffee & Tea
1300 E 8th St, Tempe, AZ
Crema's Take
“Infusion is a generously spacious Tempe spot that nails the cozy-yet-vibrant atmosphere perfect for lingering over coffee or settling in with your laptop, though you'll want to ask about their wifi situation before counting on it for work. Their specialty drinks shine—particularly their matcha creations and signature cold brew—and the kitchen delivers on breakfast and pastries with real care, from perfectly toasted brioche to croissants worth the visit. The friendly staff and reasonable prices make it easy to understand why regulars keep coming back, even if you might want to customize drinks like their chai to your taste preference.”

I have come here a handful of times and this time I got an iced latte and a croissant. They were delicious. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable, cozy and cute. If I lived in the area, I would come more often.
Pretty good coffee. Really great food. Awful wi-fi with terrible connectivity issues that they just don't GAF about. Super frustrating. For such a large coffee shop with lots of great seating, good music and a good vibe -one that's frequented by so many working students- it's inexcusable for the ownership to continue ignoring the situation and just having the baristas shrug it off. The most frustrating part is employees are well aware of it. Everytime I come here, I witness multiple customers seeking help with connecting ... and getting none. Been visiting this coffee shop for a few years (live within walking distance) but decided I won't ever be coming back: After a year of dealing with this, their uncaring attitude about the situation is just way too insulting to deal with anymore. It's not curing cancer or getting to Mars ... it's figuring out how to have working wi-fi.
The matcha latte with peppermint was not matcha at all. Wifi wasn't working. Space was incredible with great vibes but definitely try other things here. Staff is great too, prices are good. Update: as the owner said, I should've ordered ceremonial grade matcha instead of pre-sweetened so that's totally on me.
If you like your chai moderately sweet, I would recommend you let them know cuz their special house chai is not really sweet. Love to come out here and get some work done. Great coffee limited food selection, but there is something for everyone.
Fantastic spot! I stopped in for breakfast and ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese on a brioche bun — absolutely delicious. The bun was perfectly toasted, the egg fluffy, and the sausage packed with flavor. Easily one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in Tempe. I paired it with an iced spiced chai latte, and it was perfection — smooth, refreshing, and just the right balance of sweet and spice. You can tell they put real care into their drinks. The vibe inside is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for starting the day or hanging out for a bit. The staff was friendly and attentive without rushing anything. If you’re in Tempe looking for a great breakfast and a stellar drink, Infusion Coffee & Tea Crafters is a must-visit!
