Crema's Take

Perched at the end of a quiet Sedona road with unobstructed views of the red rocks, this cafe feels like a secret discovery rather than a destination—the kind of place where an hour disappears effortlessly over a thoughtfully made flat white. While the espresso drinks land solidly and the outdoor deck (when you can snag a shaded spot under one of the umbrellas) is genuinely stunning, it's best visited with realistic expectations: this is more about the serene valley views and unhurried conversation than chasing coffee perfection.

We accidentally found Before & After Café while walking around, and what a gem! The view is absolutely gorgeous — stunning red rocks, peacefully nestled at the end of the road. It feels like a hidden little escape. The owner is genuinely caring and so appreciative of the business, which makes the experience even more special. They offer a great variety of food, drinks, and coffee (including Starbucks), so there’s something for everyone. I highly recommend stopping in and trying it out! Perfect spot to relax, take beautiful photos for social posts, and it’s dog-friendly too — which makes it even better. 🐾

It’s Starbucks. Why they use different name here? Deck view is awesome but just 2 umbrellas. So other spots useless. There’s another deck with umbrellas but it’s closed for employee use.

We ordered a flat white and a London Fog latte, both of which were delicious. Great service. The view was stunning, and we ended up staying for nearly an hour.

A great cafe with outdoor seating with a stunning view of the Sedona Valley. Handicapped accessible but parking is difficult. Free parking lot is blocks from this cafe. Good service, although they don’t have decaffeinated iced tea. View from their patio is worth the hassle.

They serve Starbucks coffee so the coffee is okay. Starbucks isn’t my favorite. Tried the cinnamon dulce and it was good. Lemon cranberry muffin Beautiful sitting area outside with beautiful views. Right next to the pink jeep tours so we stopped for a drink before our tour and soaked in the sun.
