Crema's Take

Napastäk is a charming hybrid spot in Napa Valley that seamlessly blends specialty coffee with wine and artisanal products, creating an unexpectedly sophisticated escape whether you're stopping by for a smooth Americano or settling in for a tasting flight of infused oils and balsamic vinegars. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service make it ideal for lingering over creative drinks like their bourbon lattes or pairing a espresso with locally curated wines, all while browsing their carefully selected herbs and bath products. It's the kind of place that feels like discovering a well-kept secret—intimate, unhurried, and genuinely warm.

We were looking for a glass of wine and a cheese plate before dinner and got so lucky finding this spot. It has such a great vibe, the wine was delicious and the service was excellent. Katarina made us a cheese plate and told us all about the history of Napastak. We ordered 3 more bottles when we got home! So glad we found it.

Nice small coffee place. Americanos were really good. Didn't try the wines this time )

My spouse and I went in on a cold, rainy evening. We were the only 2 to enter the shop. We wanted a snack and a drink. There were 2 girls working. We asked for a glass of wine and a non-alcoholic cocktail (on the menu). She said she didn’t know if the ingredients for the cocktail were even in the shop. Made no attempt to look. Full stop. My spouse settled on a hot chocolate. As far as a snack they had individually wrapped pieces of Brie and a small plastic packet of crackers and meat, the type of quality you’d find at a gas station. We do, however, decide to have that since we were starving and it was raining and we had an hour to kill before our dinner reservation. We were chatting while she rang us up so I didn’t notice the price until we sat down, when I got a notification from the SHOP app which is where the e-receipt goes. I did a double take at the bill which was $61.00. I had also left a 20% tip although there had been exactly no actual service (I literally purchased items at the counter and then we sat down and consumed them). As I examined the bill I realized I had been inexplicably charged for a $22 bottle of balsamic vinegar. I brought this to the attention of the staff and they barely blinked an eye as they refunded it. If I hadn’t actually seen the bill I never would have realized what happened. I can say with utmost sincerity the is did *not* feel like a mistake. We would never return to this place because the overall experience was terrible even regardless of the suspicious overcharge.

Cool place with serve yourself tasting of balsamic vinegar and olive oils infused with a variety of different things. Espresso is bitter/sour so can’t recommend the coffee but the wine tasting is a nice feature.

Nice coffeehouse that also sells wine and other relaxing herbs. They had a Bourbon latte on special, so I tried that. It was delicious. My wife bought some bath stuff and a coffee too, which she enjoyed. Everything in there made fresh. Can walk there while strolling the main street in downtown Napa.
