This place is so cute! The atmosphere is great. I tried a cheese bear with chicken nuggets, and it was sooo good! The cats are adorable! I really enjoyed my time here.

It was crowded, the service was slow and the seating was scarce and not built for tall people. That's my only complaint. The cats, drinks and desserts more than made up for it! So good! Playing with the cats was great! I got chosen by the grumpiest cat there, Panda. She hissed at everyone and growled. I talked quietly to her and let her choose if she wanted pets. She sat in my lap and let me pet her for a little while before she had enough. Then I played with a feisty kitty that fell asleep in my arms! My husband and daughter really had fun, too. Over all, A-and that only because of the minute issue at the beginning. Fun place!

★★★★★ Amazing place. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and staff who are patient, kind, and clearly doing everything they can to make the experience enjoyable for both guests and cats. Now, regarding a recent two-star review by Daniela, context matters. Daniela and her friend chose to sit in the middle of the main walkway for a long time, effectively blocking access for everyone else. Guests repeatedly had to squeeze past them, and despite this being a shared space, they made no effort to move aside. We arrived almost half an hour before closing, after the cats had already interacted with many people throughout the day. So yes, some cats were visibly annoyed, which is what happens when animals are overstimulated and when certain guests decide to camp out in their personal space. Blaming children or the café while actively contributing to that situation is… an interesting choice. It’s unfair to punish a business with a low rating when the issue was basic guest etiquette. This café did nothing wrong. The staff handled things professionally, and the cats were well cared for. Five stars for the café. Hopefully fewer stars for the self-awareness of some reviewers.

Had a wonderful time with my little family! Got 2 milkshake smoothies that tasted amazing and I got the strawberry match drink and it was 10/10! That was a wonderful matcha drink. The Bear moose was so smooth and adorable. 20 minutes cuddling and petting the cats was the highlight of our day :) definitely will be back to enjoy it all again! Cute atmosphere,

Going to this cafe has been one of the most peaceful moments of my life. The cats were so sweet that one even went limp on my lap and ended curling there for about 20 minutes. It made me even happier knowing that there are plenty of ragdoll cats which is my favorite cat breed. Something that makes the cat cafe the best compared to the other ones I’ve been to is the fact that we are absolutely allowed to pick up the cats, just as long as we are gentle with them. Even my own cat can’t sit on my lap for longer than a minute. Also when I noticed two kittens playing with each other, it almost made me cry🥹🥹🥹Their brown sugar boba is absolutely good along with a good pastry. 10/10 recommend going for those who want some time with those sweet littles angels while having a good coffee/desert run at the same time. I’ll be back soon to enjoy the experience some more.
