Colias Cafe

How did we not know about this place ! Wonderful first time visit today, but it won't be the last. Coffee - excellent, food - unique and delicious, decor is great, warm and inviting, and the service was exceptional. We liked every small aspect of this place. For coffee and a light bite to eat, we can't give a higher recommendation.

My absolute favorite coffee shop in Bloomfield. It’s the coziest sweetest little spot with the best staff, the best coffee, and in the summer the patio is beautiful. Only thing that would make this any better would be a vegan pastry option, but all of the baked goods are incredible. Love love love.

Nice small town cafe feel. Staff is very friendly. I had breakfast which consisted of two soft cooked eggs , cheese ,bacon bits and toast along with a hot cup of their Persian Nectar tea. Everything was fresh and delicious . My wife and I sat on the beautiful brown leather couch. A warm atmosphere and very comfortable as if we were having breakfast and tea at home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

New favorite. This place was so calm and peaceful for a midweek coffee and breakfast. The coffee was excellent and smooth. I also ordered one of their croissant sandwiches and it was made fresh at the moment. I will be coming back here frequently.

This is a rare gem indeed! The vibe is tranquility and relaxation from the moment you walk in. The place is beautifully decorated, the staff is so pleasant, and the coffee is very delicious. I ordered the ham & cheese on croissant, and I was not disappointed. I was surprised when I bit into it and was met with a mouthful of bursting flavor. The arugula is what makes a great difference in this sandwich. Great choice, Colias. I wish you great success here in Bloomfield. I'm replacing Dunkin Donuts & especially Starbucks with Colias Cafe.
