One Line Coffee - Short North
745 N High St, Columbus, OH
Crema's Take
“This Short North gem prioritizes both precision and care, with baristas who take allergies and dietary needs seriously while crafting consistently excellent espresso and pour-overs. The knowledgeable staff strike that rare balance of being skilled and relaxed, making it feel like a favorite neighborhood spot rather than a coffee destination, though regulars note the recent remodeling has changed some of the industrial cool that originally drew people in. It's the kind of place where you can linger safely over a great cup and actually feel heard by the people behind the counter.”

As a girl with nut allergies who is typically scared of getting coffee at places because of all the times baristas will accidentally make my lattes with almond milk, I have never felt so safe. They took the time to get all completely new glassware to make my drink. They reminded each other of it right after I place my order and right before they made it. Will definitely be going back for the great coffee and great service!
Always a great cup of coffee here made by knowledgeable staff. My ONLY issue is the re-modeling. Guys, what happened?! This place used to have the coolest atmosphere. Very modern/urban/industrial, lots of space for seating. Half the reason I came here was for the absolutely cool nad beautiful aesthetics. Then you remodeled it, and it looks hideous. Bland. Boring. Like every other coffee shop. Has half the seating. Seriously, whoever was in charge of re-modeling did your coffee shop a GIANT disservice...what a shame. It used to be so, so beautiful inside. Now its the ugliest coffee shop in the short north, possibly the ugliest coffee shop in Columbus. I'm not exaggerating. The coffee is still amazing, so all is not lost.
I’ve come here many times in the past few years and I’ve never once had a bad coffee.. If anything, they always keep their spot as the best coffee spot for me. Can’t ever go wrong 10/10
I am staying at Graduate hotel. I can see how lot of poeple going to the cafe everyday. I figure the place out a favorite coffee shop in Ohio. This cafe is composed natural and comfortable. The staff have skilled at making coffee serveral way. And their quality is always excellent. Prices are fair not expensive. Located at a prime spot in the Short North,
My favorite coffee shop in Ohio (and most other places too). I love everything about this cafe. The staff are always accommodating, relaxed and skilled at making coffee in a variety of ways. The selection of beans and their quality is always excellent. Prices are fair and even a basic drip coffee here has the complexity of flavor that other shops might pass off as a pour over. The environment is just right. Situated at a prime spot in the Short North, it is cozy and quiet with enough life it isn’t boring. The taste in music of the staff is original and thoughtful.
