We Scream

Avoid this location at all costs. I went in the store at 7:50PM to see what was available and the girl serving ice cream was super rude to an older gentleman while he was asking a question. And then at 8:05 my husband and I went in to order a cup of ice cream and a hot tea. We asked when they were closing because the sign on the door said Starbucks was open until 9PM and the ice cream side was open until 10PM; however the lights were already off. The one girl was helpful but the girl with 2 braids serving ice cream was super rude.

Asked for light ice for my pinky drinkity got an iceberg in a cup so… also asked for a Carmel frappe and gave me a completely different drink that tasted like chocolate milk.

Avoid. What a letdown given the properties and amenities surrounding this ice cream shop. Visited Friday October 17th 2025 with our 7 and 10 year old. As a business owner with over 60 employees I would highly recommend ownership of this location jump in and evaluate staff immediately. The young girl at the counter was immediately off-putting when asked basic questions as our kids picked their flavors. Definitely no friendly attitude or interaction at all with our kids who were smiling and excited for ice cream. Then on to our order....So, I perfectly understand that this Starbucks may not do things that other Starbucks locations do, but she acted irritated and highly bothered we even asked for anything. While asking another question, about a standard menu item, another woman working at the back popped up with a "what's the problem" look at us. We honestly thought she was about to jump in and correct the girl at the counter...lol. We were there long enough to watch another person order and get the same treatment so it wasn't just us. Our children asked us what was wrong with the girl working there multiple times after we left. Funny seeing the other reviews on here after we left. Seems like a long-running issue here.

I’m still sitting in the lobby lamenting over my visit earlier. Starbucks should pull out immediately. The workers clearly do not want to be there. I ordered 2 pumpkin cream cold brews as a treat. They were not made as described. When I asked where the pumpkin cream was they said they don’t make it that way. The syrup sat at the bottom of the cup. 15.00 for two drinks and they won’t make it properly.

I scream you scream we all scream for a server with a personality, Oh yeah the Ice Cream too. But the person that served us had zero personality, unfortunately took the air right out of our bubble! This could be even less stars for service. Too bad for an ice cream "parlor" to not get it right! I can't help but blame the management and/or owner for their employees not contributing and making it a positive experience! It seems to me that it would be so easy to do. Most people that enter this place have one thing on their mind and guess what that is...a nice cup/cone of the Ice cream flavor of their choice, the sweet taste, and all the happiness that brings too. We all become that little kid no matter our age when we walk in the door, so why spoil that feeling and especially of a paying customer? Oh well enough of the obvious, we ( us customers) know how to run a successful ice cream business. lol The Michigan pothole was awesome and I would highly recommend it if you like chocolate( who doesn't) and the coffee flavors are the two we had both of which were excellent!
