Crema's Take
“Tucked into Newport, this record store doubles as a surprisingly serious coffee destination where vinyl enthusiasts linger over espresso-forward drinks while flipping through a carefully curated collection. The owner brothers have built something genuinely special—a place where knowledgeable staff treat both coffee and records with equal care, making it feel less like a novelty pairing and more like a natural gathering spot for people who appreciate quality in all its forms. Whether you're hunting for that perfect album or settling in with a slow-pulled shot, the cozy atmosphere and genuine passion behind the counter make this worth the trip across the Cincinnati area.”

Best record store in the area of Cincinnati, and for sure by fare also offering the best coffee north of Costa Rica! An absolute gem for vinyl lovers! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The selection of records is incredible, with something for every taste and genre. New and used vinyl, as well RSD items are offered for a fair price. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or just starting your vinyl journey, you’ll find treasures here. Tom and his staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, always ready to offer great recommendations or share insights about the history of certain albums. I am from Germany and on a business trip to CVG, a stop over at JetAgeRecords is mandatory. I always leave with something special, and I’m never disappointed. This shop is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates music and the charm of vinyl! And please do to not forget to taste this delicious coffee inside the shop!
Nice cozy place. You can get a cup of coffee and browse the wide selection of vinyls and CDs they have among other things.
The staff are very knowledgable and friendly. I came in to buy a cleaning kit to try and salvage some of my old records, and Tom was really helpful with all my questions, on top of offering to see if they had any of the sleeves I was looking to replace.
Extremely nice record store! No need to spend time sorting thru garbage records...the collection is on point. Very clean and concise. Some of the prices are higher than others but might be negotiable. Just glad the owner keeps A 'plus records. No sorting through (less than stuff). Really, creme of the crop!. Also has a nice coffee shop while you listen to what you may have never heard. Today was Voodoo Child....Hendrix. very nice after I ate breakfast at Lana's right next door. A beautiful surprise!
Went here for the first time yesterday for a pop up VIP show and the brothers who own this shop are the coolest! If you are looking for some great music, records and coffee make this your next stop, I didn’t get to try the coffee but definitely will next time I go! You won’t be disappointed, the owners are also so nice and you can tell they love what they do!
