My first experience at Lola Beans wasn’t the best. The girls that work there however are very nice and give excellent customer service. However, I first tried ordering a chai tea latte and they were out. So I ordered a white chocolate frappe and received a mocha frappe (and I’m not a fan of mocha whatsoever) so I had to return to the store to tell them I’d ordered a white chocolate frappe instead of mocha. The girl taking my order tells me they are out of white chocolate and I’m not sure why I was allowed to order a drink once again they didn’t have. So she suggested a caramel frappe which ended up being pretty good. I know with openings there are small hiccups and I will tell you, I’m giving it another chance in maybe a month or so when they have the opportunity to get everything together. But my first experience was definitely a little rough. The customer service is very good there and one of the main reasons I’m going to return.
