Bubbly Tea at Westroads is seriously one of the best boba spots in Omaha. The drinks are always on point! The boba is fresh and soft, and the tea flavors are super smooth and just the right amount of sweet. The staff is always really friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. The whole vibe is cute and fun, and it’s the perfect treat while walking around the mall. I’ve tried a bunch of drinks here Thai tea, brown sugar milk, mango green tea with popping boba and they’ve all been 🔥. Definitely worth checking out if you’re a boba lover or just want something refreshing!

**** 9 Month UPDATE**** This is one of the very few times that a business actually listened to a review and fixed ALL of the issues presented. My husband and I are bubble tea fans. We have tried almost every single location in the area. We have our favorites narrowed down to two places but different orders at each one. This is our number 1 pick. The tea is constantly the same flavor. The ratio for ice to pearls to drink is perfect (see photos) and the service is outstanding. A couple of the gals remember me and chat with me when I come. I enjoy brining friends along to try the drinks and everyone has the same experience. Highly recommend for so many reasons. Give them a try next time you’re at the mall! You won’t be disappointed!

very clean, very professional, quick to serve, and friendly, but also very expensive considering what you get. Bubbly Tea is located in a mall, so I can understand it being a little more expensive than usual. I had the 16-ounce brown sugar tea with boba. It came out just shy of $7. The biggest issue outside of price is that at least half of the 16-ounce bottle was filled with ice. This is my fault because I could have easily said "little ice to no ice," but I totally forgot. So, was it worth it? Well, I don't go to malls often, and for a mall tea, it was worth it if I was already there. The taste was actually pretty darn good, but nothing that I felt took it over the top of other tea restaurants. So no, I wouldn't go out of my way, but I'd probably get it again if I ever went back to that mall, but with a little ice.
