Crema's Take

Thirst-Tea Cafe strikes that rare balance between serious tea craft and laid-back gathering space, where baristas take time to brew real loose-leaf tea and customize drinks exactly how you want them—no boba? They'll skip it. Beyond excellent boba and creative milk teas, they've built a cozy, family-friendly spot that pairs quality drinks with Japanese-inspired bites like fluffy takoyaki and onigiri, all at prices that feel genuinely fair for what you're getting.

I bought the M5 and M8 order that without boba they could actually do that for me which was nice. They drinks are good.

My daughter and I got drinks from here one night as we were driving around one night. I got a coconut milk tea with Lychee popping boba and she got a strawberry lemonade with peach and strawberry popping boba. They were both good but I was disappointed in the small variety of popping boba to choose from.

Really good boba tea! They have many options and a lot of it is real tea vs powder. I like it. It does take a few extra minutes to prepare but it’s great.

Returned recently. Tried the takoyaki and the onigiri Takoyaki was a 3.75 Onigiri was a 4. We had the seaweed. Need to return and try the boba to see if things have changed. This goes from a 3-4 star for me. The reason why I ended with a 3 star was, I didn't finish my drink by the time I got home. I didn't want to. It was ok, but not like some other bubble tea that I've had recently that was superior. Maybe it was the kind I asked for. It was a jasmine with boba. The jasmine was a bit more bitter and not as fragrant as I'd like. I'm hoping their other offerings are better, but I'm not that inclined to return. The seating area is nice, but service was very average with staff that looked tired and not happy to be there.
