We had a wonderful experience at this tea store. Their tea selection is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. The employee who helped us was professional and very knowledgeable, taking the time to guide us and answer our questions. It made the visit especially enjoyable. We’re looking forward to coming back and trying more of their teas.

I placed an order and received the package destroyed. I reached out for assistance and received this email listed below which means I received nothing and am now out the $60 in teas I purchased as a gift. I used to love this company and thought I would order again since it has been years. This is not a reply I was expecting. The package was torn into and there was tea all over my driveway. We are sorry to learn about what happened! We recommend checking with your homeowners or renters' insurance to see if this kind of package damage is covered. The carrier, unfortunately, will not reimburse us for these items as the order was delivered correctly to the address you provided us. On the bright side, your loyalty points should allow you to replace some or all the stolen items free of charge. Please visit your account for details. If this type of thing is common in your area, consider shipping to a business address or a secure location, such as a UPS Store, FedEx Ship Center, or Walgreens. Edit: The reply from Adagio Tea is why I posted the letter. As the person receiving the package, I have no control to contact the Post office to report that the package was Received damaged, They need to hear that from Adagio Tea. Their reply was to tell me to contact my home owners insurance, for a refund of the less than $100 order, which would be insured by the post office. The issue here is the post office messed up, I have no control over what the post office does and the only one that can put in a claim about the damage due to how it was delivered is Adagio Tea who told me in Very Business terms to go away, contact my HOME OWNERS INSURANCE OH and if you want to reorder you have enough points to get something free. This isn't about What destroyed the package but that you will get NO help from them at all. Which means no matter how much I love their Teas their Customer service doesn't make this worth it and I am out my order

I’m a frequent customer at your Old Orchard Skokie Adagio store location. I would like to share with you an unfortunate experience I had at the store recently. I purchased a to go tea and some additional items in store. The staff member notified me that I have $16 worth of credit on my account at the register. My total was only $11 so she said I will be able to use the points at a different time. When I asked to purchase additional items in the store while waiting for the tea, the employee notified me that I was not able to redeem the points because they were lost, even if the transaction was reversed. I have bought several items from your store and have been shopping at this location for years with my family. I would have appreciated being told that I would not be able to redeem the points for future purchases if my total didn’t equal at least $16 in one transaction. I sent an email to the manager and never received a reply as well. Unfortunately after this experience, I will not be shopping here for this holiday season. Edit to the management response: Thank you for your reply. This issue was not due to a return. I am willing to stop in to use my remaining loyalty points in store in the future.

Have ordered from Adagio online before but today was my first time visiting the store. The staff was very helpful in explaining the store layout, the different teas and answering all of my questions. Ended up getting a couple sampler packs before committing to a bigger pack.
