Rocky Mountain Beignets

The beignets are so delicious. We went with the full size, only powdered sugar for topping, as we wanted to get the traditional feel for the dessert. Im not a coffee drinker so im not sure to that aspect if they are good. But the drinks other people had looked very good. We sat outside on a beautiful day with the river running behind us. What a great place to stop for dessert or a snack.

Heard a lot of good things about this place so I had to try it for myself. I was a bit disappointed with the flavor & quality. The beignets taste average & the hot chocolate was very watery.

I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't go to have some beignets here but this place has a great New Orleans atmosphere feel to it. The beignets were excellent and crisp on the outside and fluffy in the inside. It had a great amount of powdered sugar too! The bathroom was clean and kept in order and overall the cafe had a neat appearance. The prices are good. They just don't serve beignets but they also have coffee drinks and juices for you to enjoy as well.

We finally tried the Beignets After they opened their second location! They were made to order, so they were steaming hot and so soft and perfect. The coffee was good, just a normal latte with cappuccino foam. I would definitely get the Beignets Bites next time, it looked like it was more food and they come in a small bucket. We will definitely come back when we want a sweet treat.

I've been wanting to get some beignets lately so this place couldn't have opened at a better time. I ordered a small medium roast coffee and the beignets. They were generously covered in powdered sugar and were freshly made. The coffee was also tasty. The inside is decorated well and has a nice comfortable feel. Since they just opened they had a limited menu but still great! Planning to come back 🙂
