We had such a lovely experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious - especially the burgers! A special thank-you to our server, Beth, who was incredibly kind and attentive. When she brought out our meals, she made sure everyone was okay and had everything they needed, which made the experience feel extra thoughtful. It's rare to come across service that feels both genuine and personal, and Beth made us feel well cared for our entire meal. We left full, happy, and already talking about returning. Highly recommend!

We visited the Kitchen Kettle Village because of the Lapp Valley Ice cream. As there are not many choices for lunch so we decided to try this café. I had a peach burger which is interesting. My husband had roasted pork sandwich. There are lots of meat but too salty. In fact, my burger is kind of salty too. I guess it's the BBQ sauce made that so salty. I also wish they could put at least a slice of tomato, or lettuce on the sandwich as well as the burger. I don't mind to skip the chips to get a little bit of vegetables 😄

Carly, Ava, and Harold gave me the warmest greeting on my first visit. Harold even was so kind as to walk my breakfast outside as it was such a beautiful day. Rachel made my gluten-free breakfast sandwich, which was delicious. And the coffee station is great! Everyone was so helpful with all my questions. As a local, I can tell you I will be back again!

It was 35 degrees outside. We came to have a warm meal with our puppy. We double checked the front door and there was no signage that a pet was not allowed. We ordered with our puppy in front of the register. She smiled and greeted our puppy and we paid for our meal. After we paid for the meal, we were given a number and then was told we cannot have a pet inside the restaurant and that we would need to be outside in a corridor which was a wind tunnel in 35 degrees weather. Food was sub par anyways. We had the quiche and salad which tasted just like a TV dinner quiche with diced ham. Nothing special about it at all. Salad was promising but was way over sauced with dressing. We also ordered the Italian Pork Bowl with rice. Once it arrived, just by looking you can tell it wasn't good. Warm rice with room temp pulled pork and icy broccoli florets, drenched in bottled American BBQ sauce. Food safety issues. Nothing Italian about it. BBQ sauce all over it. The sauce was over powering everything in that bowl. If I had known when I walked in that pets were not allowed we would have changed what we ordered or not order at all. Dining experience was just horrible. We had to dump it after a few bites. Never would give this place a second try. Worst $45 spent. Save your $. You can easily have an amazing experience for $45 elsewhere.

Food is a bit pricey but tasty. You have to go at the right time...when it's not as busy although service is pretty quick and the food is brought out to your table. The soup is amazing and super hot!
