Terrible experience. Waited 25 minutes for a takeout order of 2 sandwiches and 2 plain bagels/cream cheese. When I asked at 20 minutes how much longer I could expect to wait, manager said (without an apology) “we have take-out orders and in person orders we are filling.” Stock was also low with about 7 varieties of bagel to choose from. When we arrived back to our street, 3 different neighbors had similar experiences. Bagels were average quality at best, won’t be returning !

The atmosphere the energy the service and of course the food is 10/10; 5 Stars across the board. This was my first time coming to Bagel & Co and I must say I will be there again first thing in the morning to start my day! It’s only been 30 mins since I left this business and have taken a few bites out of my Siracha scallion bagel and needless to say I will continue to support this business. This bagel is the best I’ve ever had! Bagel & Co you have gained a customer and best believe I will tell everyone to go & support!

Everyone at this location has gone out of their way to be particularly friendly - it’s clear there is a directive to do so from management but it’s still felt genuine every time I’ve come through the door. Philly has had a lot of new bagel options pop up over the past decade and Bagels & Co has struck the right balance of being affordable and high quality at the same time. If you’re in the area go here vs the other guys.

Great service and good food I would come back again
