Crema's Take
“Yely is a cozy, family-friendly spot in Dallas where creative specialty drinks like the First Love and Brown Sugar Cold Latte with boba share the spotlight with unique pastries like crofles and strawberry tiramisu. While service can be inconsistent and waits unpredictable, those who connect with the space appreciate its local charm and the staff's willingness to guide you through their signature creative offerings. It's a sweet neighborhood destination for leisurely sits and discovering drinks that feel genuinely crafted rather than mass-produced.”

Went here and spent $35 on two drinks and two food items. 30 minute wait. And it wasn’t like it was busy either. Didn’t rlly feel welcoming. Didn’t apologize or update us on the wait. Just awkward, stiff, and silent air. Wouldn’t go here again. I also overheard another lady having issues with her order.
Dont know how this place got 4 stars. Have 2 drink and it taste like water blend with some kind of powder. Customer service not cool as other reveiw.
10 out 10 I recommend! I went with my 13 yesterday old and we each got a drink (him: First Love and me:Brown Sugar cold Latte with coffee boba). We also got sweets (him: strawberry tiramisu and me: Dubai chocolate croffle). Everything was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!😋 We will definitely be going back. The workers were great also👌
First time visiting this place. Pretty local and cute. I never had a croffle before but the staff was able to explain to me that it’s “crispy and buttery. I love anything with strawberry so I got the strawberry and cream. The cream isn’t just regular whip cream and it’s just the right amount of sweetness that I enjoy. I also got the black tea and it was brewed properly with no dry after taste! I’ve got to say I def will be coming back to try out other things.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting your establishment and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience. Overall, I was impressed by the friendly staff and the delightful variety of milk teas available. I particularly enjoyed the Jasmine green tea, Hong Kong-style tea, oolong tea, fruitful orange tea, and black milk tea. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the Thai green tea, which I found to be exceptionally delicious. However, I must mention that my fiancé had an adverse reaction to the Thai green tea, which suggests that it may not be suitable for everyone. Additionally, I did not particularly enjoy the lemon tea. ☺️
