Boom! Coffee

On 2/16/26 at around 7:30PM. I had ordered two drinks. One lotus and a vanilla frappe the valentine version. There were two cars in front of me, it took 30 minutes for one car to move up and eventually when we got to the front they took 10 minutes to complete our order. As I was driving away from the cafe my little sister kept pulling out white plastic pieces that looked like confetti, after the 3rd one she pulled out I was livid, she pulled out a bent metal piece that the lady at the shop said it was the piece that holds the ice. WHY is that in my drink?!?! My little sister could have died drinking this and when I addressed it with the coffee shop via instagram they stated that it was an accident. Accident happens when it’s not intentional I believe this was intentional and no one wants to take accountability. One piece of confetti I get but 3-4!?! And the metal piece!!?!? How unprofessional with the staff and the way they run things at this shop. I used to be a regular here and now my experience is ruined thanks to grown adults that don’t pay attention to what they are making. I understand you can rush but this was not an accident and it’s a clear cup. Common sense. You can see what’s in the cup and it was a blended drink so you blended my little sisters drink with shards of metal prices in it. SICK. DO NOT GO TO THIS COFFEE SHOP!

Used to come here a lot but when it’s 2 am and you’re one of two customers in line and can’t even get a simple “hi, I’ll be right with you.” I was definitely acknowledged by the barista rolling her eyes at me. I finally drove off after five minutes of being in line and still not even being greeted. The window was open, she saw AND heard me there, I was just blatantly getting ignored. I got anxiety dude, definitely will not be coming back to this shop at all after that. The wait time is always horrible here but a wait time and an attitude? Nah. Decided my money would be better spent elsewhere and it was.

Ordered a Hot Spicy Chai and it was delicious. The drink definitely hit the spot and this was around 10pm. Awesome that it was open late. Will try something different next time .

Stopped by to grab our bear spray rental and got berry smoothies while at it. The smoothie was thick and fresh - Not the slushie kinds where the smoothie is just crushed ice. The wait times can get a little high at times, so defenitely a popular spot for people to grab drinks.
