Stan’s Donuts & Coffee - N Sheridan Rd

Worst service ever. Two employees walking around doing God knows what while the whole counter sits empty and five people are waiting in the line for full 10 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. Coffee shops, especially in the morning hours, are a fast paced service places. People that work in this location don't have the same idea obviously. It's a shame because I love Stan's and this type of service does not represent them in a good light.

I've been here twice now without it being staffed. 9am on a weekend, display full of donuts, coffee brewing, but nobody home. What was even the point of opening a Stan's in such a poorly run store?

This is a grocery store location, but the donuts were fresh, service was friendly, and coffee was hot. 👏

Stopped in to grab a coffee - store is open, lights are on, donuts on display. But no cashier was working. Waited around about 5-10 minutes and gave up.
