Crema's Take
“This vibrant Vietnamese spot in Dublin has earned serious loyalty for dishes that pack genuine heat and flavor, from their spicy lemongrass soup to standout pho that arrives quick and satisfying. Reviewers consistently rave about the vegetarian options and thoughtful seasoning that brings real authenticity to the menu, making it a rare find for those craving flavorful Asian cuisine that actually delivers on taste rather than shortcuts. Fair warning: the spice here is no joke, and prices run a touch higher than competitors, but the quality and care in execution make it worth the splurge for specialty Vietnamese cravings.”

Reviews are overrated when businesses give discounts in exchange for them. We came here to check out a new spot and try a restaurant based on its reviews, but the food quality was disappointing. We ordered two different pho soups. The broth tasted like a powdered pho base diluted with water. The amount of vegetables provided for two people was unacceptable, and when we asked for more basil, they brought a tiny portion—two leaves for two people. After the food was delivered, we had to wait a long time for utensils. The area where we sat was dirty, with stains on the booth wall and table. Definitely not coming back; we’ll stick with our regular spot, Pho Chef.
We decided to try out a new spot tonight and so glad we did! It’s hard to find flavorful vegetarian food and this place is amazing! It’s the perfect blend of spicy and flavorful. The spice is real fyi but well balanced! I had the tofu appetizer and the tom yum vegan soup and it was the most amazing soup I’ve ever had. Definitely will be back
This was our first time here and it did not disappoint!! We got the flaming steak pho and the beef chow mein and both were really delicious. Food came out quick and service was great! Will definitely be back again soon.
Greetings, Im fond with Asian food as I travel throughout the country. I must say Paris Bánh Mì is one of my favorite Vietnamese place in Columbus, Ohio. Savory, hot and aromatic reminds me of home. The service was excellent, our waiter Amber was attentive. She’s one pleasant individual. If you are in Columbus and are in the mood for Vietnamese food, this place is worth a shot. I had the: 1. Banh mi special 2. Stone bowl bun bo hue + rib eyes 3. Com bo luc lac (shaken beef) 4. Coffee ice coffee
Taste: All 3 dishes we ordered were tasty and good. The spicy lemongrass soup broth was spicy if anyone can’t eat spicy food then don’t recommend this Price: kinda pricey compared to other cities like Houston, Dallas, Anaheim (Orange County). Drinks: the artichoke tea was very bland and very sweet even I ordered the lowest sweetness level they got. Overall, definitely come back for their hot stone soup
