This location is normally good, I went on Saturday 2/28 and ordered a pro bowl and an unsweetened matcha latte. The “unsweetened” latte was full of honey or sweetener and completely inedible, the bowl was gritty. I ended up throwing both away which was extremely disappointing.

Was my first time visiting and the manager was so helpful! She recommended a smoothie for me to try and was very knowledgable about all of the ingredients. Would definitely recommend making this place a stop for a very healthy and delicious snack or small meal!

Absolutely love this place – it’s hands-down my favorite smoothie and açai bowl spot in all of Nashville! ♡ Every visit feels like a little burst of sunshine. My forever go-to is the Pro Bowl – those sweet blueberries and creamy bananas together are pure magic. Never fails to make my day brighter! From the moment I walked into this place, I felt so welcomed! The team there is so warm and friendly. The manager is super sweet, she took the time to explain the menu and even make conversation with me! The atmosphere is wonderful, I can tell they keep it clean and organized (and that the people working have good taste in music). There are so many options to choose from on the menu and the food has been consistently delicious! It’s perfect for an afternoon walk or an after workout treat! I’ve been so many times at this point, and it’s never disappointed, if you’re looking for something healthy and fresh to eat with an uplifting atmosphere, this is the place for you! I 100% recommend!!!
