Crema's Take

This Charlotte spot nails the art of the casual-but-quality breakfast experience, where a well-oiled counter-service system keeps the line moving even during rush, and those legendary bonuts live up to the hype alongside carefully crafted lattes. The vibe balances grab-and-go convenience with genuine hospitality—you'll find genuinely kind staff who make first-time visitors feel welcome, whether you're ducking in for coffee or settling in for a leisurely breakfast with classic Southern flavors and sauces that taste like someone actually cares about the details.

I would like to start off by saying that the workers are amazing, kind and sweet. This is my first time dining into biscuit belly as someone who is from out of the state. What made my breakfast bad was how my situation was handled. I ordered chick n ditch and the chicken was good, but it was cold and a little hard, and the biscuit or French toast under the chicken was hard and cold, like it has been sitting out. And the food was also brought to me and my partner 5 minutes after we have sat down to dine in. The manager Jordan was notified and he was very rude. He said that he can give us a pass to get a biscuit for next time. Did not try to ask to see if me and my partner wanted to try anything else to eat, and had an attitude. My partner asked for a pancake and to keep the chicken and Jordan took our plates from us and ignored us. Jordan said that he will just give us a biscuit when I told him that the food was not fresh. Soon after he went to another worker and started to talk about me and my partner while staring at us and got another worker to assist named joseline. Joseline was very nice, and new and she was the true definition of a manager. She asked what could she do for us but at that point I did not want anything done. I was very upset, and lost my appetite with how rude Jordan was, and not so appetizing the food was. Jordan should not be a manager if he cannot handle customer complaints in a caring manner. Safe to say I will not be coming back to this establishment.

There was a line, but it moves fast. Seating opens up quickly, so no worrying about that. Food came out fast. Lots of options for everyone, and some unique bites. The bonuts are sinfully good. Lattes are delicious, and mimosas top off brunch nicely. Parking was the hardest part, but its Charlotte. They do have free parking and a good amount of it, but it's shared with multiple businesses. We did find a spot after circling a few minutes. Not a deal breaker for us, we'll be back.

I came here with my children. It was not good. I would not choose to come here again. Im not sure if we went on the wrong day... I didnt like the texture of the grits. It just wasn't good food. The jam was good. The people behind the registers were kind and explained things if it needed to be. The restaurant was clean and bright

First time trying this establishment. Upon entering, you grab a menu and browse what you’d like before sitting down. Once you’re ready to order, you head to the cashier, place your order, and they’ll give you a number for your table. Someone brings the food out shortly after. My sister ordered the Belly Buster, which comes with a buttermilk fried chicken breast, sausage, bacon, brisket, cheddar, mushroom gravy, and an over-easy egg. It was huge! I ordered the pancake corndogs, and they were delicious. The sauce that comes with them was so good, I wanted to buy a bottle to take home. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items from their menu.

What a delicious place! Our breakfast was delicious. The food they sell is classic, and their sauces are delicious. I also have to add that their drinks were on point. What made this place a great experience was the service we received. Even though you order in front , it was our first time. A very friendly person approached us and helped us with many recommendations and explanations of the menu. Whether you're just passing through or a local, you have to visit this place.
