Crema's Take

Buenos Aires Bakery in Ridgeland is a genuine neighborhood gem where carefully crafted café con leche and traditional espresso drinks pair perfectly with their standout pastries and full breakfast menu that keeps the cases surprisingly well-stocked even near closing time. The warm, personable service and family-friendly vibe make it feel less like a trendy Instagram spot and more like a beloved local gathering place where you'll actually want to linger over your coffee and a flaky croissant.

The selection here is incredible! And considering my group came in an hour before closing, I had honestly tempered my expectations from previous bakery experience where there's just nothing left near the day's end. Instead, I was met with multiple glass cases filled with mouth-watering treats of all flavors and sizes! Everything was gorgeous and the service was fantastic! (I needed help deciding between two difficult choices and was met with both patience and a helpful recommendation!) Did I mention the taste did not at all disappoint? The tuxedo cake was *chef's kiss*

I came to Mississippi and visited this place because I saw it on Tiktok. I visited today. I am writing this review to express my serious disappointment with the customer service I received during my visit. The short Mexican young woman with two-toned hair was noticeably unfriendly toward me, while she greeted and treated a Caucasian male customer with significantly more warmth and courtesy. During the interaction, I was asking questions and inquiring about the business being at another location, attempting to engage in normal conversation and obtain information. Despite this, the responses were cold, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. In contrast, the interaction with the other customer was clearly more welcoming. All customers deserve the same level of respect, regardless of race or background. Experiencing what appeared to be preferential treatment was unacceptable. It is especially frustrating when marginalized people display bias toward one another, despite facing similar mistreatment and lack of favor in society by the same people. Unfortunately, their people are being harassed and sent back to their country. We are both Israelites and are often subjected to discrimination and exclusion, which should encourage unity and mutual respect rather than being opposed. It is troubling to encounter this type of behavior from someone who should understand the importance of standing together instead of reinforcing the same divisions used against us. I came in specifically to purchase the mango and lemon fruit. While the product itself was acceptable, the poor service overshadowed the entire experience. A business should be welcoming to all customers, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. Due to this experience, I will not be returning. I also believe it is important for others in my community (so called black people)to be aware so they can make informed decisions before visiting. We deserve better treatment. Shalom to my people

Im sure their standard menu is amazing, ive heard great things about them and their coffees, unfortunately those viral desserts they serve are not worth the $14.50 they cost. The white chocolate shell was nice, but out of the ones we chose we only mildly enjoyed. The fruit inside is not fresh, most likely canned, the passionfruit is definitely a store bought syrup, the mango tasted so artifical I wondered if they were edible at all. I think if fresh fruit was used I may be able to justify the price, but $14.50 is just insane for what you actually get. The staff is fantastic and the environment is lovely, but the desserts were lacking and to be honest left alot to be desired.

It was all amazing and the service was very personable. We had two egg scramble breakfast plates, a triple berry croissant which was huge and fantastic, a strawberry banana smoothie, and a cafe con tres leches. We will definitely be back! 100% recommend

This place is like heaven on Earth. They have the most impeccably beautiful desserts that will leave your taste buds tingling. Their flawless desserts can turn any frown upside down. I have never been so absolutely infatuated with a bakery before. It’s impossible to view their dazzling displays and not want one of everything. And they have such a variety.. there is always something new to try.
