Tram Cream Coffee

Not sure about the negative reviews, but I and my bf visited Feb 11, 2026 and had amazing experience. We had the banana matcha, house milk tea and the matchahaya. The matchahaya is a bit on the sweeter side for me, but perfect for my bf (I normally do 0% sugar on boba). The banacha is perfect. The drink itself was like 10% sweet and banana cream added more sweet and flavor. I’m curious about the coffee and probably try the coffee next time. No wonder why all Vietnamese in Sacramento kept recommending this place, because it is good.

Come in for the first time! And got the VIP drink and oh it was delicious!! I love me a good, strong Vietnamese coffee (which they also have here) they have so many great options and the customer service was great! Love the decorations😍 will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend it here.

Utilize the drive thru at Tram Cream Coffee during theirs first week of soft opening. Wait in the drive thru was 10 minutes. Was greeted through the intercom and they thanked customers for their patience. I got the VIP as that’s what I had from the San Jose station. It did tasted a bit different and the jelly is different too. I do like the crushed ice they use. I think the jelly should be towards the bottom as they’re floating up top and I don’t get any as I’m sipping on the coffee. On the second visit, I also used the drive thru and wanted the Matchahaya as I tried it at station 7 and it was really good, however the staff asked me to go inside to order because it’s a smoothie and takes awhile. I didn’t like that so I changed my order to coffee. I was confused, I suppose some drinks can’t be ordered at the drive thru, and it’s whatever that’s in the drive thru menu , otherwise go inside or use the online order and pickup. Second time having VIP tasted better but I still didn’t like the jelly floating on top with the ice, I hardly get any jelly with the sip.

Honestly a bit sad that there’s so many upset reviews. I ordered the VIP — Phin-filtered Coffee, Milk, Condensed Milk, Coffee Jelly, Egg Cream + Coffee Cream. It was honestly so delicious and energizing. Since it is a concentrated coffee, I knew there was going to be a lot of ice, but I really wanted to just drink everything in one go! There was a bit of a wait; although there weren’t many people physically in the store, it seemed they were quite understaffed and had a lot of online orders to fulfill. I really loved the interior and ambiance! It’s very cozy and the perfect hang out spot imo. I did think the drink was a bit pricey, but it’s definitely a good treat to have during a rough day! Will come back again to try some of their other drinks :)

Grabbed the Black...as thick as oil but was pretty good, will def keep you up. Wife grabbed the Matcha Latte with Less sweet and added salted cream...very very tasty. We grabbed a couple cookies that were very good as well. If i werent afraid of Dairy, i would try some other options lol. Worth the visit for sure.
