Unwelcoming, no urgency, awkward and quiet. I’v been to plenty of Kitandas around Seattle and the vibe is very off here. I Don’t recommend going here at all, taste is also off. Let alone no online ordering here is impossible. App doesn’t work, says to contact the creator. 👎👎
I stop for coffee (latte) almost every morning and they have the best coffee and price around Capitol Hill. The service is good and they always make time to take my order since I don’t like using the self checkout.
The best one!!! Always able to beat the heat here. But the tea and coffee are where it is At! Always a pleasure to stop by.

The team’s service is excellent, providing an amazing experience! The açaí presentation is flawless, very well-served, and made with fresh ingredients. I have to highlight the exceptional service from the manager and the cashier lady who speaks Portuguese and English, who are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the environment even more pleasant. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy delicious açaí with top-notch service, this is the perfect spot! I will definitely come back!
