SuperRoasted Coffee Co

I was looking forward to getting coffee in a cute Vermont town. I went to Singleton's market and asked if there was a coffee shop or cafe nearby and was told about Super Roasted coffee. First, Proctorsville could be a sweet little town but has several hoarding houses that take away from it. Then going into the coffee shop, it felt like an extension of the hoarding. Bumper Stickers on the support posts, a disco ball beneath florescent lights, and the worst is the dirty coffee making stations (around the machines). Nothing looked clean, it looked like they went to the dumpster to get the decor. Before I wrote this review I looked them up on facebook to see if maybe I just showed up on a bad day. Nope. The posts match my experience.

SuperRoasted is Proctorsville personified. great people, great product, totally unique, a little rough around the edges. There was literally no sign telling you what the establishment even was for a few months, but if you are an adventurous person, you go on in. Immediately you know this is not your average or corporate coffee shop, but a place to sit and enjoy the coffee, the company and the snacks as you like. The space is handcrafted in a practical but Vermont, quirky way. There's a personal story behind everything. The owners care that you have a good experience. They don't flip the register tablet for a 'tip.' It's totally fresh and a throwback at the same time. You want a coffee in the okemo valley - there's literally only one place to go.

I walked into SuperRoasted unaware I was about to be hit in the face by such a fantastic bunch of smells. House made cookies and croissants we're being baked fresh and I was made to feel welcome immediately. I was able to get exactly what I wanted, plus things I didn't know I wanted until I heard about them... like a fluffernutter cookie that was insanely good! As for the coffee... It's fantastic. Hard to beat a great cup of coffee and a chocolate croissant, and they delivered on both fronts exceptionally. SuperRoasted is a treat to have found, they have awesome coffee, great food, and an awesome staff.

This shop is awesome! A hidden gem with exceptional coffee! The flavor was exceptional and my latte was piping hot. One of the best lattes I’ve gotten anywhere! If you’re passing through I’d highly recommend stopping here.
