Crema's Take
“Tucked into Jersey City, this cozy neighborhood café strikes that perfect balance between laid-back hangout and destination breakfast spot, with standout dishes like crispy-outside, fluffy-inside French toast and surprisingly excellent breakfast burritos that justify the leisurely pace. The warm, cutesy vibe and dog-friendly patio make it ideal for unhurried mornings with friends or solo coffee dates, though arrive early or go off-peak since table space is genuinely limited. Fair warning: the service moves slowly and the music runs loud, but regulars agree the thoughtfully made food and inviting atmosphere are worth settling in for.”

The place has a warm and cozy vibe. The food is delicious and well-made. Service is a little slow, but the food is worth the wait. There aren’t many tables, so it’s not ideal for large groups. It’s best for 2 to 4 people who want to enjoy a quiet and pleasant meal.
It’s a nice place, pet friendly and decent food. The breakfast burritos were amazing and definitely recommended. Mexi bowl was okay and good luck trying it out. They have loud music playing and the speakers are located right above sitting which is next to the entrance so if you are not a fan of loud music then check before you seat. Place has a good breakfast menu but I won’t recommend it for brunch or lunch.
Vibe is very cutesy. Food is Okayish to good. Service is good. Overall a nice neighborhood spot to catch with friends or if you want to get out or just go on a chill date.
Went for breakfast with my wife. The watermelon was not too sweet and very smooth! The French Toast was perfect, crispy on the outside, soft in the middle and a covered in fruit! Prices are great and food and service was really 5 star experience! Such a lovely experience, coming back for sure! 😁
On a sunny Sunday, we decided to check out The Cliff, a charming little cafe that caught our eye with its chic vibe and inviting atmosphere. With both indoor and outdoor seating options, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a leisurely brunch while soaking up the sun. The menu is particularly appealing, packed with a variety of vegan and vegetarian options that cater to a wide range of tastes. We kicked off our meal with the Biscuit Sandwich, which typically comes with egg and cheese nestled inside a fluffy biscuit. This dish was quite impressive! The biscuit was perfectly baked, flaky on the outside while remaining soft inside, and the combination of flavors was delightful. Next, we moved on to the Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap, which was a satisfying choice. We also tried the Cobb Salad, which, while decent, didn’t quite stand out as much as the other dishes. To complement our meal, we indulged in some smoothies, which were refreshing and well-blended. They were a nice way to cool off on a warm day and added a healthy touch to our brunch. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of what they have to offer!
