Crema's Take

Tucked next to Firestone on East Beltline, Anna's House is a warm neighborhood gathering spot where Belgian waffles and creative lattes (like their standout Lavender Maple) shine just as brightly as the leisurely breakfast experience. The morning crew delivers genuine hospitality and thoughtful touches like clearly marked vegan and vegetarian options, though fair warning—Sunday mornings get loud and parking can be tight when the place is full.

Anna’s House absolutely delivered today. I ordered the Belgian waffle and the Lavender Maple latte, and let me tell you… every bite and sip felt like a little celebration. The waffle was perfectly golden and fluffy, and the latte had the most dreamy, cozy flavor. Truly worth every penny. What really surprised me was the portion size. I usually end up taking food home, but this time? I happily ate every single bite. It was the perfect amount and left me completely satisfied. But the real cherry on top was my waitress, Jaydin. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and brought such warm, positive energy to the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests, and it made the visit even more enjoyable. If you’re thinking about stopping by Anna’s House, do it. Amazing food, lovely atmosphere, and service that makes you want to come back again and again. 💜✨

First time visit on a Monday morning at around 7:00 AM while my car was being fixed at Firestone next door. The place was empty of diners so we were seated right away. We ordered drinks and then breakfast. I had the Belgium Waffle combo with strawberry topping. My kiddos had the Berry Bear Pancakes. The food was amazing and very large. The price was also great! My daughter loved the theme in the bathroom and overall vibe. We had no issues during our visit and she gave us to-go boxes and a bag. Overall, we would definitely return!

The service in the morning is always awesome. I’ve been there 90 mins before closing and it’s not the same but the food is always good no matter what time you go. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots in GR and I tend to bring folks from out of town here when they visit.

Very loud when it's a full house, and hard to find parking on a Sunday morning. My order never arrived, and I had to wait to get the attention of our server and then wait while everyone else finished thier food. Giant cinnamon roll is only impressive in size. It was like a dry piece of toast, not an ooey gooey butter and cinnamon delight. Bathrooms were not kept clean or stocked. I had the chicken and waffles and it was good.

The food was excellent! I really appreciated that the menu clearly marked both vegan and vegetarian options, which made ordering super easy. I tried the avocado toast with egg and fruit, and it was delicious. The place does get very busy, but since I was dining solo, I was seated quickly. Overall, great food and friendly service!
