“This spacious Atlanta spot delivers a brewery-like vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating right on the Beltline, making it ideal for lingering over coffee or catching live music on weekends. Beyond traditional drinks and a full breakfast menu, El Tesoro excels with thoughtfully crafted tacos and fresh sides like elote and guacamole, earning consistent praise for both quality and efficiency. Giving this place a solid four because I would go there again. There are more options that I would like to try. But it was not my favorite. We did a takeout order. And they were quick and efficient. We got the chicken tacos, the pork tacos, the steak tacos , and even their bowl. We also ordered two things of queso. And order their sweet plantains. All the food was solid. I think you will be satisfied when you go there. I liked my bowl with steak. I could’ve used a little bit more heat, but overall I would get it again. The rest of my party devoured their tacos instead, how phenomenal they were. I would say that their rice and beans are great too. I’m a sucker for a good plantain too.
We’ve been to El tosoro the outside one a few times. I like this inside space better. Large brewery feel, nice lil wide open vide. Lounge seating and tables. The nice restroom was a good walk away. Was starting to feel unsafe alone in the quiet distance lol. Looks like a shared restroom. They bring ur food to you and you drop your plates off near the trash are. Easy clear process. Not very heavy food, enough to cure the hunger pains. The burrito was heavy rice but was tasty. Other items with cheese or pork, I stay away from. The chicken tamales are made differently here with a spicy topping. A bit too spicy. Cool idea tho. It came with cheese in which the menu doesn’t suggest-they remade it.
Love the big spacious eating area both indoor and outdoor. Love that it's right on the Beltline. Drinks (Summer something) was tasty. The Mahi Mahi and shrimp tacos were excellent. The pork one was too salty for me mixed with the hot. I enjoyed the blue taco shells as well. Annoying fact: too many flies fighting me for my food. I didn't like that part at all! Needs some fly traps are something.
We went to Tesoro as a family to celebrate my brother's new house in the area. The food was excellent overall! The steak and chicken tacos were flavorful, and the elote and guacamole dip were delicious. However, the fish tacos were disappointing. The mahi-mahi needed marination for more flavor, as the coleslaw shouldn't be the only source of taste. Service was mixed; the order taker was rude, but the food server was great. Cleanliness was a concern due to open chip containers near cleaning supplies. Despite the food's quality, the poor service and hygiene issues detracted from our celebration.
Came in on a Sunday to see the band play loved them they were amazing, I ordered a virgin drink suppose had been a mint mojito but just tasted like a regular drink the bartender didn't make it right I know there's not alcohol but I didn't even obtain mint leaf with my drink which gives it that kick. Overall I would definitely come back great place to enjoy they had games you could mix and mingle. I'm definitely coming back
