My favorite morning stop in Minneapolis! The Somali Chai is delicious and steamy and perfectly spiced. Just what I need EVERYDAY. The beef sambusas are very yummy. They are always very quick and attentive. Parking is easy. I love this place.

This cafe has amazing service, a well-decorated and relaxing interior, and delightful drinks. I tried the Somali Chai, a beef sambusa, and mush-mush. All three items were delicious and full of flavor. It was my first time trying mush-mush and I will definitely order it again…
It’s Saturday morning in a big city so a coffee shop should be busy and this one is. But this is Muhim’s in Minneapolis on 1/17/26 so the buzz is different. The owner is behind the counter making coffee drinks and being a neighbor to all because “we’re all neighbors.” I love it…
Shai is amazing, sweets are delicious, and super friendly service. First time visiting, and won't be out last. Very quiet cafe and very good for studying/working on your laptop. Free WiFi is available.
