My favorite morning stop in Minneapolis! The Somali Chai is delicious and steamy and perfectly spiced. Just what I need EVERYDAY. The beef sambusas are very yummy. They are always very quick and attentive. Parking is easy. I love this place.

Muhim runs a beautiful cafe! The Somali tea was flavorful and the cookie cake…divine. I’ll be back!

This cafe has amazing service, a well-decorated and relaxing interior, and delightful drinks. I tried the Somali Chai, a beef sambusa, and mush-mush. All three items were delicious and full of flavor. It was my first time trying mush-mush and I will definitely order it again sometime. Parking can be a bit difficult right next to the cafe itself, but there’s plenty of parking a block or so away. Overall, this is the perfect place to come and read, meet with a friend, or just relax with a delicious drink.

It’s Saturday morning in a big city so a coffee shop should be busy and this one is. But this is Muhim’s in Minneapolis on 1/17/26 so the buzz is different. The owner is behind the counter making coffee drinks and being a neighbor to all because “we’re all neighbors.” I love it and will be back. Five minutes from MIA museum and a parking lot right outside. Happy place in a troubling time. Need more of these.

Shai is amazing, sweets are delicious, and super friendly service. First time visiting, and won't be out last. Very quiet cafe and very good for studying/working on your laptop. Free WiFi is available.
