Little Mingo

Little Mingo is an excellent gem in Hoboken. I ordered the macchiato and the creme brûlée crepe… well, straight out the tunnel one or two sips of the macchiato and it brought me on a euphoric journey.. similar to the excellent coffee experiences in Europe like what France or Italy give you. Strong ☕️ but the layer of half and half atop made it such a great coffee experience without bitterness. The crepe is premium quality design and taste, too. Like … 👌 The owner/manager, along with the other workers, were cool and helped us enjoy the vibe in there. It’s an inspiring place which is bringing excellent products to Jersey

My friends and I came for the fist time and it was great. The owner made some great recommendations. We got a sweet build your own crepe, fancy flamingo crepe, fantastic turkey crepe, and green detox lemonade. Everything by tasted amazing and all the ingredients were super fresh. Very friendly staff as well.

Just an update that the crepes were great - I like the savory one with tomatoes - and very carefully crafted. My wife and kids visit regularly. Wonderful spot. Been excited to see this spot open. Waffles and crepes - I ordered a simple waffle with powdered sugar as a test and it was solid. They have a ton of other toppings - I took some photos of the menus. This was their first day as a heads up Next visit it'll be crepe time with the kids. The team there is super nice, and I didn't stay to eat but the interior design is really well done. The flamingo vibe is real. They open pretty early (7:30 I think) which is also nice.

Little Mingo has amazing food and drinks. We’ve tried the hot chocolate, matcha, and coffee - All of them have been spectacular! We tried the classic waffle which was delicious. The fruit was sweet, the waffles were cooked to perfection, and they were nice and warm. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The Café also smells nice, it’s spotless, and nicely decorated.

We came here for a quick brunch, and it was wonderful. We had the smoked salmon crepe and the turkey crepe. Both were delicious and were nicely stuffed with the ingredients that were listed; despite being in light and fluffy crepes, they were hearty meals on their own. We capped it with their freshly brewed espresso drinks - I have to admit that I was surprised by how great the coffee drinks were! Coming here for coffee alone is worth it. They have a cute little seating area in the back also. We had their s’mores waffle dish a few weeks prior, and it was deliciously indulgent. Overall this is a great new addition to the neighborhood we look forward to visiting again.
