Crema's Take

This grab-and-go bakehouse has become Orlando's cinnamon roll destination, with devotees driving from across the county for their impossibly light and airy pastries—especially the viral "milk & cookies" roll. Beyond the showstopping baked goods, they're crafting creative specialty drinks like the Honey Nut Cheerio latte and cold brews from Lineage Coffee that keep regulars coming back for their weekend morning ritual. The energy here is warm and approachable, drawing people into their soft opening community vibe that's only grown stronger with word-of-mouth hype.

This is the hot new spot for cinnamon rolls/baked goods, and I now understand why! They definitely can make a tasty cinnamon roll! I tried the “milk & cookies” roll and I thought it was absolutely delicious! I do wish they had some seating (it’s very very small inside) so I wouldn’t have to go eat my food while standing by the trunk of my car, but I suppose it’s still worth it! Edit: went back to grab cinnamon rolls for myself and a couple buddies, and we all agreed they were the best cinnamon rolls we’ve ever had!

We just happened to be walking by on the soft opening weekend. I had to stop in and try the cold brew (Lineage coffee) and a few baked goods. The cinnamon roll is very light and airy without the doughy middle, with a cream cheese frosting that wasn’t too sweet. Perfect amount of cinnamon and just enough sugar to make it pleasantly sweet without overpowering the pastry. The monkey bread is decadent with a crunchy buttery caramel toffee like topping over soft pastry pillows to pull apart. I devoured it! Cold brew coffee was delicious. They use Lineage coffee so it’s gonna be good. It’s a very small shop, no seating inside, basically a grab and go. Several people were gathered out front with kids and dogs. Very family friendly. Soon to be a neighborhood favorite for sure! With that being said, I never had the opportunity to visit the previous Cups and Pups.

Grab + Go only! I’ve been coming to Yeast Coast Bakehouse since their soft opening, I’m here every Saturday & Sunday for my morning routine of a Honey Nut Cheerio latte + a pastry. I’ve tried EVERY baked item they’ve made so far, menu can vary on a week/day basis. They are a SUPER small team that goes to work at like 3 or 4am to begin baking. Most items available at 9am until they are sold out and most times sold out by 11am but serving coffee until 2pm. Again, VERY small team and baking as much as they can - Get there early and please be kind of they’re sold out. They’re just THAT popular!!!

After seeing a patrons video of Yeast Coast Bakehouse on Instagram this morning we decided to set off on our long journey from Polk County to College Park to experience this place. We visited around 11:30am and they only had two baked items to order so we ordered one of each. We ordered the Cinnamon Roll ($6) and the Bread Pudding ($5) and we shared a Brown Sugar Pop Tart Latte ($6). I have to say, the video made this look amazing, and the reality didn’t match our excitement level. We knew this was likely a small bakehouse, but we expected them to have more baked items to choose from since we thought that baked items were their specialty. They do not have any seating so you have to take items to go which is fine. We started with the cinnamon roll and the best part of it was the icing. It was really tasty and not overly sweet. The cinnamon roll itself was moist but didn’t have much flavor without the icing. The bread pudding is also moist and lacking a rich flavor. The Iced Brown Sugar Pop Tart Latte had a tasty topping but the latte itself was flavored with a kind of fake tasting syrup. All in all, it’s an ok place to visit, but maybe more worth a visit if you arrive much much closer to opening. The whole place is very small so it doesn’t look like their kitchen is large enough to keep it stocked before noon. There were just two employees present. I don’t feel a great need to return as there are other bakeries in the neighborhood to visit.

I've stopped by the shop a few times since I've started my job nearby & am always extremely happy with my experience here! I've so far tried the Honey Nut Cheerio(my fav), Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew, & Lavender Cold Brew & each one is absolutely delicious & made by super friendly people! I always feel welcome & valued here! The drink recommendations given are always appreciated too! The pastry/food items are also very good! You for sure have made a regular of me!
