Crema's Take

This is a roastery-focused destination where you can buy beans directly from the source and experience how they perform across different brewing methods, from pour-overs to espresso machines. Joseph and his team clearly care deeply about both the quality of their roasts—particularly their African origins—and building genuine relationships with customers, whether that's a coffee connoisseur fine-tuning their home setup or a business looking for reliable wholesale supply. It's the kind of place where coffee enthusiasts go specifically to understand their beans rather than grab a quick cup.

Not a shop about selling brewed cups of coffee (unclear from the picture). It's a shared location where you can buy the beans and the beans are roasted. 5 stars placeholder since I have not yet tried the beans.

Joseph was a pleasure to work with for supplying coffee to our co-working space! He was super responsive and communicative with order requests and proactive when it came to inquiring about our supply. Deliveries were always reliable and he even took the time to calibrate our bean grinder which was incredibly helpful. Thank you Raleigh Coffee Company!

This is my favorite coffee roaster by far! Pour-over, drip pot, or cold brew -- any method of brew with their beans will yield a satisfying cup. My favorites are their African beans: the Ethiopian and Tanzanian. But Central/South American beans are still better than most roasters. Owner is a good guy to connect with too if you get a chance.

I am an avid coffee connoisseur, and love to make lattes at home. I have a high end espresso machine and with right kind of beans it makes a killer coffee. For a while I used to buy coffee from large online retailers in 2 to 5 lb bags, but after some time I realized that coffee loses its flavor in about two to three weeks after the bag has been open. So I decided to try a local roaster, since I live in Raleigh. Coffee that I got from them is absolutely amazing, such a rich and delicate flavor, makes an amazing espresso with thick crema. They offer a wide coffee selection on their website. I really want to try each one of them. Additionally, with my first purchase they sent me a second 1 lb coffee bag to try out and a cute badge. Bottom line: I would definitely recommend Raleigh Coffee Company to anyone who enjoys a high quality home brew.

Raleigh Coffee is great! When we go to any coffee shops in this area that carry their coffee we are excited because we know we will be getting a great cup of "Joe". We have even made it our to the roasting facility and saw how clean and organized it is kept. That says a lot. So if you are a coffee shop owner......it is a great benefit to your business to be able to say you carry Raleigh Coffee Company coffee.
