I really enjoyed my smoothie, I got the peanut butter cheesecake and it was divine 😋 He does a great job at masking the protein aftertaste, you can barely taste it. BUT with that being said, I didn’t see anything that had a nutrition fact label or a list of ingredients so I had no clue how much protein was in it, I have no idea what the sugar content was either but I’m willing to bet there was more than a little bit because it tasted soooooo good 😋I have a tongue laceration and haven’t been able to eat at all, I so needed this. I have so much energy that I’m about to go and get a nice workout, I feel great! Definitely will be returning! *I wasn’t able to capture the smoothie beforehand, after the first taste it was over with!*

The juice / tea isn’t actual tea or juice. It’s not a healthy spot. We got a coffee and a tea. And they both were so bad we couldn’t drink them. The owner wasn’t able to tell us how anything was healthy or explain the products.

Great spot! Super friendly service, fast, and tons of yummy, healthy options! Deffinetly would recommend and I deffinetly will be coming back for another protein shake!

First time going and I went twice in less than 24hrs!! This place has soooo Many healthy options to choose from. The man is very nice and explains his products. He suggested Southern butter pecan and it was AMAZING!!! I am definitely going back.
