Curate Cafe

Curate Coffee is a cozy, thoughtfully designed spot that makes great use of a smaller space. Even with a compact counter, they’ve managed to fit four large group tables plus extra seating for around a dozen more guests without it feeling tight.I tried the strawberry matcha and a breakfast sandwich. The drink came out quickly, tasted great, and wasn’t chalky at all—a smooth blend that felt well-made, though I’m not sure what matcha they use. The sandwich was good, nothing overly special but something I’d happily order again.One downside is the price—my two items came out to about $26, which feels high considering the ingredients didn’t seem to be premium coffee-enthusiast quality or organic/health-focused. For that price point, I’d expect a little more emphasis on ingredient sourcing or uniqueness. they have a 1 table patio seating, nice since the storefront faces the rising sun. They do keep blinds closed in the morning. While it doesn’t have that bright, open coffee shop feel, it’s still a well-decorated, comfortable spot worth a visit for a quick drink and a enclosed quieter relaxed atmosphere.

Trying a new cafe for breakfast. I certainly recommend Curate Cafe in the Grayhawk area. I tried their Soft Scramble Sando (eggs, scallion, American cheese, spicy mayo, and prosciutto) and it was yummy. The mixed berry bar was pretty good, too. The hot black tea was perfect on this rainy morning. Their menu is elevated and changes monthly. The decor is also noteworthy. I also like that they use real flatware instead of plastic. Owner Joe is friendly and was working the counter. The only negative is that my table hadn't been wiped down. I will definitely be back to try more items.

Super cute spot with amazingly crafted food!!! Everything I have eaten here has been beautiful and so tasty!!! Hubby and I shared watermelon peach salad and the waffle with agave mixed berry confiture! Along with the special pulled pork quesadilla with homemade bbq sauce to die for!!!

Amazing cafe with even more amazing service! The prickly pear lemonade was so refreshing and had great flavor. We also got the egg sando, the eggs were so fluffy and we loved the sauce used on it! We took the sandwich to go since we were running around today but if it was THIS good at home I can only imagine how delicious it would be right out of the kitchen! Also, to our delight, they threw in an apple spice loaf and it was to die for! The flavor was perfect for fall and it was so soft and moist. 10/10! The cafe itself is so cute! It looks smaller from the outside but they made great use of their space. We will definitely be back and we will definitely be recommending this cafe to all of our friends out here.

While searching for a new coffee spot, I discovered Curate Cafe, and it didn’t disappoint. As a latte enthusiast, I was impressed by their perfectly crafted drink—a harmonious blend of rich espresso and subtle syrup. Unlike the overly sweet, syrup-heavy drinks that seem to dominate menus lately, Curate’s latte struck a refreshing balance that I truly appreciated. This same care and tastiness also applied to their Vietnamese coffee as well as the pastries! The cozy atmosphere only added to the experience, making it a place I’ll happily return to.
