PJ's Coffee

Terrible customer service. Got there they were knocking stuff down to grab the tip jar and count tips. Placed my order, asked for cold foam got whipped cream, asked for two drinks same drink one with oat milk one with regular milk, they didn’t tell us which was which. When the girl gave us the drinks she threw the straws at us. We all looked at each other in disbelief, I spoke to the girls informing them they should work on their customer service. Was given my drink leaking all over the place no napkins. Drinks were nasty, will not be returning.

The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. The coffee tastes fresh and smooth every time, and you can really tell they care about quality. Their iced drinks and cold brew are especially good, and the beignets and pastries are a perfect bonus. The staff is always friendly and quick, which makes the whole experience even better. It has that classic New Orleans charm while still feeling modern and comfortable. Definitely a go-to spot if you want consistently great coffee and a cozy vibe. I highly suggest for coffee lovers!

Drinks and food were good, but the service was very slow and staff seemed more interested in counting tips than service guests. They had the tip jar behind the counter and were counting the money. Someone who placed order after me got their drinks, so I asked how long our order would take, and their reply was, "a long time" Hopefully this was a one off, I could spend $40+ elsewhere next time. Had to return a breakfast bagel after we left because the egg and sausage were ice cold when my daughter took a bite.

We went when they were having a kids birthday party so they were busy but when we got our drinks they were only 3/4ths full. I didn’t know if that was normal but I looked at the reviews and I’ve seen everyone have full cups! The coffee was good but after 3 sips we were done with it. Just wish they actually filled it up and we waited around 10-15 minutes for 2 coffees

I saw an advertisement for this particular PJ's Coffee on Facebook, so I decided to go. They had advertised the Pumpkin Latte, Bananas Foster and Praline Chai Latte. I went at 9 am on a Saturday, and they were out of all of their seasonal items. So they had no Praline Chai, No Pumpkin Latte, No oat milk or chai anything. I'm allergic to bananas so I didnt even ask. I was expecting they wouldnt be out of the very thing they were advertising. I was disappointed. The server was fine, the atmosphere is very nice, but I had a bad first impression.
