Fly305 Cafe

Love flying through here because I get to have their paninis. Definitely more than just prepared food, if that’s what you are expecting. They clearly make everything fresh with high quality ingredients and their bread is perfect. Last time we were here they proactively remade my panini because it wasn’t perfect, and they only wanted to serve it if it was perfect. Highly recommend if you’re flying through or if you’re in the area and can call in something for pick-up.

Fly305 is an absolutely incredible cafe, genuinely the best cafe I’ve ever been to. The food was absolutely incredible, I had the Greek Sandwich and ever bite was filled with flavor and perfection. I also had a late and I asked for a special request and the amazing barista Ingrid granted my wish! I asked for an iced latte with cookie butter flavor which isn’t on the menu and it was absolutely incredible. Super nice of her to do that. They also gave me Flan which was also incredible. The atmosphere is super nice as well, it was clean, good looking and well taken care of. The decoration was nice and everything is displayed perfectly. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could!

Second time ordering here and both times I was blown away. I expected coffee and prepared food, but instead found a full, almost restaurant level, selection. The Panini is incredible and I plan to try many more items on the menu.

Fly 305 Café is hands down one of the best spots in Fort Lauderdale! The vibe is relaxed but stylish, and it feels like a hidden gem. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The food is fresh, flavorful, and always hits the spot—I especially recommend their coffee and signature bites, which are both top-notch. Everything comes out quickly, and you can tell they put care into every detail. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick pick-me-up or hanging out to enjoy the atmosphere, this café is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

Fly 305 Café was a great surprise while we were stuck at the FBO during a storm. The chocolate airplanes were awesome, and everything else we had — panini quesadillas, charcuterie, wine, and chocolates — was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our whole group feel like family. Can’t recommend them enough!
