Crema's Take
“I can't write an accurate summary of this coffee shop because the Google reviews provided are almost entirely about a Ford dealership's service department rather than a café experience. The single relevant review mentions a café with complimentary coffee and a clean waiting area, but this appears to be incidental to an automotive service facility, not a specialty coffee destination. To give Beach Ford Filling Station a fair Crema summary, I'd need reviews that actually focus on their coffee quality, sourcing, preparation style, and café atmosphere.”

I am leaving this review for the Service Department - specifically Catherine Nelson and the technician who services my 2014 F150 Larriet. Back in August 2025, I brought my F150 in to investigate a whining noise coming from the engine compartment. I also brought it in for its routine oil change, safety inspection, 4 new tires with mounting, balancing, and alignment. Turns out the noise was coming from the water pump. So water pump replacement and new belts is what the doctor ordered. Needless to say, this turned out to be a pretty good size chunk of change. Since owning this truck, this is the most I have had to spend on repairs/maintenance. Catherine's softened the blow by applying my Ford Pass reward points and some discounts where she could. At the end of the day, the hit to the wallet was not so bad and my truck was back to purring like a kitten. Catherine is a true professional and a rock star in Beach Ford's Service Department. She absolutely cares about her customers and their vehicles. Today- 04 FEB I have brought my F150 in for a quick oil change and tire rotation in preps for a long trip tomorrow. She greeted me with a smile and said "we got you". There is no doubt that I will receive exceptional service today, just as I always do. Thanks Catherine!!! Chris Noble - valued customer!!1
Not only was the sales represnative not versed in any aspects of the vehicle, appoint for pickup was delayed by 3 hours, brand new vehicle was completely scratched all the way around because the worthless detailing team uses bristle brushes to clean brand new vehicles, vehicle was attempted to be delivered to be non cleaned despite there being 170 miles on the dash. As well as the usb-c charging ports on the dash were broken. Managers were to busy playing with a new corvette they just received on trade in and doing "pulls" on a side street at speeds double the posted speed limit ( this in itself is just not acceptable as well as illegal.)but also even when they were confronted about the 3 hour wait time after a scheduled appointment they gave a terrible excuse as to why at the end. Had already put 5,000$ down on a vehicle with the intention of picking it up THAT DAY. Deal was for X dollar amount on that day and was not notified until the very last second that I would have to wait an additional 72 hours to recieve the vehicle due to a "software update". On top of this the agreed upon price of 44,000$ out the door was lied about and an additional 899$ processing fee was added on. Shady dealership with horrible represnatives who dont even know the product that they are selling. This entire dealership needs to reevaluate their priorities. As a hard working blue collar American I bought a ford expecting to be treated with respect and instead I was treated like someone un important to them just because I wasn't purchasing a top model vehicle. Completely unacceptable. Will be filing a BBB complaint against this dealership for horrible business practices and will NOT be buying from them again when I go to purchase a brand new super duty here in the next 5 years. Absolutely ridiculous. The compensation of offering employee pricing on warranties doesnt even come close to making up for this absolute horrible display of business practices.
I had my review at a 1 star because of issues with me getting new tires and multiple trips and then my center cap on my F250 wasnt secured or maybe even broken when my tires were replaced and flew off after I left - but Vannah was the ONLY employee that assisted making the issue right and I really appreciate her effort. Management had zero concern over my issue so shame on them. Thank you Vannah! I will continue coming back only because of your customer service!
The communication with Ford, specifically Jonathan, was horrible. He never updated me, I had to constantly ask him for updates. I was sent multiple emails asking me to “approve” the ordering or parts for my car, but I was never informed on what each part was for. I was having work done for damage being covered for insurance, work to fix some recalls on my vehicle covered by warranty, as well as maintenance out of pocket. I never got a call or any information of how each part was going to be paid for. When my car was finally ready after 2 weeks (I was not informed, I had to ask) I waited an hour for the staff to find my file with my key. It wasn’t until the manager looked that they finally found it. Additionally, the two girls at the front desk are absolutely rude and act like they hate being there. The same girl has given me attitude multiple times before on the phone and in person. I am deeply disappointed with the service and beach ford and I will not be doing business with them anymore.
