K Brew

Crema's Take
“K Brew is an espresso-focused coffee shop where the baristas genuinely care about their craft, with reviewers consistently noting that staff across locations bring real passion to every drink they make. Located within an upscale Embassy Suites hotel, it offers a polished, modern atmosphere that feels more like a destination than a quick stop, though you can grab a quality espresso drink and pastry just as easily as you can settle in for a while.”

I had to go to two locations to find decaf beans in stock. I tried to call the number ahead of time to save a trip if they didn’t have it and they do not have a phone at any of their locations. While there I went ahead and ordered the pecan latte. It came lukewarm and without the pecans as advertised. I was really disappointed. They have our favorite decaf beans when you can find them.
Service was decent, atmosphere is more modern since it is within the hotel. However, their coffee was one of the worst coffees I have had in a while. It was six dollars for a very small beverage. Just not worth it in my opinion, considering at other coffee joints that you can get a better tasting coffee in a larger size for the same price. They also serve different bagels, which looked decent but I did not get the chance to try. Maybe next time I will have a better experience.
I've been to the downtown location many times and seen different people nearly everytime behind the counter, and everytime I go you can tell that every single one enjoys the craft. They even add latte art when it's in a closed cup! Bryce and Chase both gave amazing service during my last visit and made one of the best cappuccinos I've had. The attention to detail from the baristas still amazes me. They always have very unique bagels and the locally roasted beans are always fresh and smell amazing.
The coffee and espresso drinks are great and the service is friendly and fast. The atmosphere is upscale and comfortable inside the Embassy Suites where this coffee shop is located. The bagels are fresh, but much more like the texture of a loaf of bread than a real bagel, compared to my hometown.
My fiance and I stopped in to get a beverage after seeing a movie. We were very pleasantly surprised by the classy glamorous interior of the hotel that this K Brew location is in. Our coffees were done in no time, customer service was amazing, our coffees were delicious. We got to sit down for a few and admire the center piece of the lobby which are these gorgeous hanging lights that make you feel like Hilary Duff in the Lizzie McGuire movie when she goes with Paulo to try on all those designer dresses. They also had a cute balloon arch thing set up to take pictures with. Highly recommend this location and the summer berry cold crew!
