Buffalo Bayou Coffee
1700 Smith St, Houston, TX
Crema's Take
“Tucked on the second floor of the Whitehall hotel, Buffalo Bayou Coffee crafts standout specialty drinks like their uniquely flavorful iced caramella that guests rave about, paired with an unexpectedly welcoming and luxurious atmosphere that feels both approachable and refined. The baristas genuinely connect with customers during order-taking, and the space doubles as a pleasant spot to linger over conversation or grab quality breakfast items, though you'll want to confirm their hours before making the trek.”

The latte was disgusting and smelled so bad that I had to throw it away. The challah toast was okay. Also, customers are not allowed to use the restroom on the first floor what a joke!!!!!
Couldn’t be happier! Felt welcomed the moment I walked in.
This is a very pleasant and non fussy experience at a nice and luxurious hotel. I came here just for coffee. I had a great conversation with the young lady who took my order. And my white mocha latte was fantastic, way better than Starbucks.
The iced caramella is AMAZING! So unique and flavorful. It is fairly sweet, so ask for less syrup to tone it down a bit. Service is great, and the food is very good for a morning pick me up. Tell the valet attendants that you’re just stopping by to grab a coffee, and they will let you keep your car there without any problems. You won’t regret stopping by!
Came on Friday, Sep 16. Walked several blocks to find the place closed. Please update your Google listing. It's located on the 2nd floor of the Whitehall which shows also be mentioned.
