Crema's Take

This Matthews gem has quietly built a devoted following since opening, earning a reputation as the kind of place locals return to again and again for its genuinely excellent vibe and thoughtful hospitality. Beyond solid traditional coffee drinks, Nexus Pointe shines as a social hub that balances serious work sessions with community connection, hosting art events and fostering the kind of atmosphere where both your laptop and your conversations feel welcome. The team's commitment to hospitality really shows—reviewers rave about how they roll with challenges (like a power outage) without missing a beat, making it the rare coffee shop that feels both professionally reliable and genuinely warm.

Love this place, in fact I have been coming here since they first opened and it was quiet, but like all of Charlotte the secret is out. Anyway, great place - ONE suggestion - do we have to play Christian music all day long, can we A.turn down the music? B. switch it around? C. just play instrumentals not being subversive about christianity, but not all of us want to listen to this while working here all day?

Ended up being very nice, even though the electric was out in the area. Limited our lunch choices to cold sandwiches, but was still good and staff did a great job of adjusting for the conditions. Looked like kitchen was working by flashlight. Makes a great story

There was a great art event sponsoring Brookstone School at Collective cafe after hrs. Thursday evening on 11/03/22. A lot of local artists donated their paintings for a silent auction and all proceeds went to Brookstone School. Collective cafe has great breakfasts and lunches, plus they have a lot of people that do there work the cafe using the Wi-Fi. Had a blast and bought a painting to support the school and children. Southern Pecan donated the wine and bartender plus donated for the raffle 2 2 person dinners for 1 for each of the restaurants they own for the winners of both raffle tickets. A florist donated a bouquet of flowers and a $75.00 coupon for another bouquet. The food that was donated was great. The desert was a cake for the painting winners. Thanks for a really nice night

Very happy with this membership. The facility and services are ideal for mobile working and meetings, and the decor and general “vibe” are excellent in my opinion. Being connected to Collective is a real bonus, adding access to a very good coffee & food menu.
