Summer Moon Coffee

I’ve never had oak roasted coffee before. Very good! Can definitely taste the “oakiness.” Barista was friendly and knowledgable. I’m not from the area, but if I’m ever here again I’ll be back!

Only got coffee this morning, but the server was super kind, the coffee is delicious and the vibe is gentle and trendy, as I think a coffee shop should be.

The espresso was a bit too acidic for me last time, so this time the barista helpfully suggested trying the Nitro. Definitely a good suggestion! Still highly caffeinated with good flavor and much much smoother and easier on the stomach! I also enjoy that they have a couple of gluten free pastry options like donuts and cookies 🤤 Black Nitro Cold Brew + Gluten Free Cookie = 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Summer Moon Coffee in San Marcos is a gem! I visited on a Sunday morning and was greeted by the amazing smell of fresh coffee. I tried their Moon Classic (cold) while my roommate had the Half Moon (hot), and both were really good—smooth and flavorful. The prices are fair, and honestly, I’d pick this over Starbucks any day. The vibe is great—people working, chatting, and just enjoying the space. I also had one of their muffins (banana chocolate chip), and it was moist and delicious. Definitely a 10/10 spot for coffee lovers in town. Highly recommend!

Ordered the iced coffee on my way through. Definitely some of the best, smoothest iced coffee I’ve ever had. Atmosphere was calm and pleasant, service was friendly. Added a dollop of moon milk and it was just enough.
