Worst experience we've had here. To start the wait was rather long, to be expected. After we had ordered we received one drink, then were asked to pull forward so they could begin other drinks. When the other drink came out it was not what we asked for. It was an iced drink when a hot drink was what was asked for. This could have been caught if we were serviced properly over trying to push people along. To cap it off not remedy was offered. The girl simply smiled and said happy valentine's day. Yes very happy valentine's day, not....
I've wanted to stop at their Stephens location forever, but the lines were always so long! I finally popped into their new location on Stephens - beautiful! And the ladies were all fun and had great service. Coffee was delish as well!
The Reserve Street location of Copper Mountain Coffee deserves all the praise I can give. The entire team here is phenomenal. They not only remember the little details—like the fact that my kid doesn’t like sprinkles—but they also go above and beyond to make sure every order is perfect. They consistently make me feel genuinely welcome, and they do it all with the brightest smiles and a warm “how’s your day?” Their fantastic turnaround time and attentive service really set them apart. It’s always a pleasure to stop by!
The only copper mountain I will go to from now on. The other two locations mess my order up everytime. Went to the Broadway location today and both drinks are terrible. Wasted almost $20 with tip! The Reserve location by far makes the best drinks in Missoula..... I'm seriously bummed about my drinks from the Broadway location today. I highly recommend you go see the girls on Reserve for your coffee and moonshine treats
Levi and I stop in almost every day. The ladies that work there are wonderful! They are always super friendly, and they make us feel like part of the family. We come for the socializing as much for the coffee. The breakfast sandwiches are also superb, I'd post a photo, but they never last that long. I highly recommend the croissant breakfast sandwich.
