Iced chai latte looks like a glass of milk. :/ Tastes ok. Not worth $7.

Very slow. Takes forever to order and to get your coffee.

Waiting for a team 5 order in the hot sun will waste about 20 minutes of your time. Drinks come out quickly, but the order speed is very slow. Please note that.

The management went out of their way to correct a drink complication. I’m so pleased with the gracious, professional treatment I received. I will continue to do business with Jones

10 minute wait for a plain coffee. Unreal. Jones: the cashier should serve simple coffee, leaving the barista free for all of the fancy drinks and speeding things along.
