Waiting for an order more than five minutes... Can you finish order xxx? Employee checking with barista... He's working on it. After five more minutes, asking barista directly, what is estimated time for order xxx? Response: Uber or doordash? Doordash. Response: "We are making in store orders first". Maybe you need to make orders just on time?..

I feel awful for the employees at this location. It was peak hours and the staffing was a mess. One barista on a Saturday during a holiday weekend. They handled it well, but management should never put someone in that position.

We love ❤️ caffeine ☕️ & every time we travel we looks for cozy great tasting coffee shops. This was it for us while in Marin County! We are early risers & their 5:30am opening hour are perfect. They have amazing customer service, upbeat friendly personalities. The baristas know their regulars which I think is a great personal touch. They have a good selection of pastries 🥐 breakfast sandwiches & burritos 🌯 Coffee blends start with light, medium, & dark. Our coffees were foamy & rich in flavor. The ambience is relaxing. They even have a selection for book swapping!!

Thisis is my autumn place, I still remember my first time there a year ago, its atmosphere is super cozy, all the people dressed in their comfortable and warm clothes, the smell of fresh coffee, its display case full of interesting snacks and people immersed in their computers from early hours, their impeccable service and watching the bartenders prepare the drinks, other people who go just passing by to pick up the coffee they ordered through the app, and outside the leaves of the trees falling and the drops of the first rains, definitely my favorite place these days.

I sometimes get my weekend coffee from here. One morning (on my way to work) on the week day, I ordered the coffee and the waiting time was 20 minutes, I could not cancel the order because the “time bar” just appeared after the cancelation option expired, i walked in and asked if they cancel this order but there was a very nice lady with a short hair(sounds like a manager) who made my coffee before its time! She made my day and make me come back here again.
