Crema's Take

Chappopin Cafe is a Latina-owned Tucson gem where creativity meets cultural pride, serving handcrafted drinks like the spicy La Chingona and creamy Horchata Latte that honor Latin flavors without relying on basic syrups. The charming setup—ordering from a food truck outside before heading into a beautifully designed indoor space—sets a welcoming vibe perfect for lingering, and the rotating daily pastries pair perfectly with their next-level coffee. With consistently stellar service and a tight-knit community of baristas who clearly know their craft, this is the kind of place that inspires loyal devotion rather than casual visits.

Favorite coffee spot in Tucson. The drinks are delicious, interesting, and there’s variety. La Chingona with chili was really good. They have daily rotating pastries, my favorite was with a homemade guava filling. Everyone is super nice and the owner really cares about the coffee, she even took some of their latte menu-items, turned them into cortados or cappuccinos and adjusted the flavor ratios to make it just what we wanted. Nice to sit outside under the covering with some music too. 10/10

So happy I finally got to go here! Cariño, barista del barrio, and chappopin, the latinas RULE THE COFFEE GAME IN TUCSON! 👑amazing service from Alexia. The inside area is very cute and has beautiful pottery from mexico. I got a limited edition coffee with chocolate from my attached pics. I got this coffee iced, a rose lavender cake, and the vegetarian burritos (comes with 2 smaller burritos). Everything was great tasting, and their kindness was a great start to my morning. New favorite in tucson!!! 🇲🇽🇲🇽

I finally tried Chappopin Cafe and I'm so happy I did. When you drive up you will order from the food truck first and then go inside to eat and drink and shop! There is probably enough parking for about 20 spots and it's easy to get in and out as it's right on stone. I met the owner her and her lovely worker, and they were both so nice, happy and talkative. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant, welcoming and there is plenty of space inside and out for hanging with friends and family and children. I ordered the chorizo burrito and it was actually 2 that were a little bigger than a taquito and that was perfect. The coffee was great, I can't remember what I ordered because I was having so much talking with them. I did end up ordering 3 beautiful coffee mugs from Mexico for myself and my mother inlaws that were a great price of $20 each and when doing that you receive a free 16oz coffee. I highly recommend Chappopin, the prices are reasonable the customer service is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. Please give them a try, shop local.

Just stopped by for two fluffy coffee drinks and am totally in love! Service was excellent. Hubby got the spicy Chingana and I had the Horchata Latte. Both are delicious! The inside seating area looks so cozy to stop for a treat with friends or family. Will definitely be back!

This is the only coffee I’ll drink—seriously! Their drinks are next level and actually honor our Latin culture with real, handcrafted flavors you can’t find anywhere else. No basic syrups here—everything tastes authentic and intentional. The staff is always kind, fast, and passionate about what they do. If you haven’t tried this coffee truck yet, you’re missing out. It’s more than just coffee—it’s culture in a cup!
