WOW! What a Fantastic experience we had at The Dirty Tea room this past weekend! The ambience was perfect for an afternoon gathering with friends to connect and enjoy some wonderful teas. It was perfect for my birthday celebration and overjoyed that this is the one I selected. McKenzie, who was so much more than our waitress, she was our all encompassing connoisseur who pretty much added the cherry on the top! From the beautifully decorated room, the perfectly curated tea sets and the delicious tea cakes and finger sandwiches, you can’t go wrong in supporting this wonderful establishment! Five stars is not enough! Great job to the owner and the whole crew!

I am writing to provide comprehensive feedback regarding my recent afternoon tea experience at The Dirty Tea establishment in Atlanta. As an enthusiast of high-quality afternoon tea services, I was keen to explore your offerings. I had secured a reservation in advance, noting the convenience of walk-in availability as well, with the understanding that the reservation fee is applied towards the final bill. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the beautifully appointed interior, featuring elegant tea china and a meticulously clean environment, including the restrooms. The overall ambiance exuded a delightful charm, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. My server was exceptionally courteous and demonstrated impressive knowledge of the menu, providing valuable recommendations that enhanced our visit. Regarding the culinary offerings, the food presented was undeniably delicious, albeit characterized by an emphasis on bread-based items and rather modest portion sizes. It felt more aligned with a refined light snack rather than a substantial appetizer spread. While two of the teas I sampled did not entirely align with my personal preferences, the vanilla latte was notably robust and flavorful. In terms of value, I found the pricing to be generally fair, consistent with high-quality experiences, though one should be mindful that costs can accumulate quickly. An area for potential enhancement concerns the initial guest reception. Upon arrival, I experienced a noticeable absence of a greeter, which led to a slightly awkward moment where I had to proactively seek out a hostess at the bar to confirm my reservation. A more attentive and welcoming greeting upon entry would significantly elevate the first impression. A unique observation was the offer of a large teddy bear for solo diners; however, as I personally enjoy dining alone, this particular amenity was not necessary for my experience, I had the bear removed. Despite the minor points for improvement, I would certainly recommend this establishment. My decision is highly influenced by my commitment to supporting black-owned businesses, and I believe that with appropriate expectations regarding portion sizes or quality of variety provided could have been better and nicer tasting tea, a refined initial greeting process, and no teddy bears for loners, guests will thoroughly enjoy their visit. Thank you for considering this feedback. I look forward to visiting again in the future. -Georgia Gal

I went to Dirty Tea to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Dirty Tea is beautiful, with great customer service and located in a nice area. They offer street parking and a back parking lot for $10 an hour, but you can park at the church across the street for free. It’s a great spot for all ages and perfect for a girls’ night out!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my daughter to The Dirty Tea Atlanta for her 14th birthday, and it was absolutely magical! ✨ From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was stunning — modern, elegant, and full of charm. When I booked the reservation, I mentioned we were flying in from Florida, and the staff truly made the trip worth every penny. The host was an absolute gentleman — professional, kind, and attentive. He got everything right! Toward the end, I believe the owner stopped by, and she was so sweet and welcoming. You can tell this place is run with genuine love and care. My daughter was in total awe — she felt like a princess the entire time. Even though I had to switch up my outfit last minute (I cut my foot the night before and needed stitches 😅), the experience completely made me forget about it. The Dirty Tea Atlanta is Black-owned, beautiful, and such a vibe. I’d recommend it to anyone who has a little girl or any woman who loves the finer things in life. Truly worth the trip! 💕☕️👑
