Crema's Take
“This beloved Missoula institution stocks an impressive curated collection of loose leaf teas and spices that rewards curious exploration, with devoted regulars traveling from out of state to replenish favorites like their standout Evening in Missoula blend. The experience is genuinely warm when you connect with the knowledgeable counter staff who light up helping customers discover their next tea obsession, though fair warning: phone interactions and certain staff members can be considerably less welcoming. It's a slow-sip kind of place where tea enthusiasts linger to find their next comfort blend, best experienced in person where the inventory and personality shine.”

The old lady on the phone was very very rude. It’s like she doesn’t want to sell the items which I don’t understand why she had to be rude. Hello, you’re a business? People would definitely inquire. It sucks dealing with this establishment because of her so I’ll just take my business elsewhere if I were you
Amazing selection of bag and loose leaf teas and spices. Staff was friendly at the counter and helpful with lots of smiles. I think I purchased about 6 large bags and several small testers. Im looking forward to my Ginger Peach Green tea tonight!!!
I too ran into the very inhospitable lady behind the counter. I asked for a good bedtime tea and got a ranting lecture on her not giving medical advice. Sorry...but a relaxing tea blend is NOT medical advice. You sell tea for Heaven's sake! I even tried to complement her upon checking out with " it's unfortunate we can't tap into your expertise on teas." Ya....that was like talking to the wall. 1st and last visit here.
Although, I have been buying tea from the company for years, I will NEVER purchase again. I have been purchasing online due to living out of state. On a recent visit to Montana, I decided to stop in to buy bags of tea gifts for people. The woman running the counter told us that she was closing the store in three minutes, even though the posted hours were saying that we still had a half an hour. We asked her to give us advice on where certain tees where and if she had any recommendations. She was so incredibly rude that I decided to only buy the one tea that had been requested by someone else. If you are bad at your job, you need to find something else to do. If you work in a specialty store, you should know the ingredients of your specialty items. There is absolutely no reason to treat customers this rudely.
Madly in love with Evening in Missoula tea. And I really do strongly dislike chamomile… there is something about this blend that is beyond soothing. One of my favorite things that was shared with me by a friend who is from Montana.
